Jesus told us, his disciples, to make disciples of all nations. One of the most important values of Shady Shores Baptist Church is our mission to the world. It begins in our own community, and spreads overseas to every nation. Shady Shores Baptist Church members are involved in a variety of ministries.

Men’s Ministries

The men’s ministry meet the 3rd Saturday of each month at 9 am for breakfast at the church. They come together to help each other follow the example to lead, grow, encourage one another in the likeness of the Holy Spirit. In this, we will gather new members into the ministry. As the ministry, we are to administer to those in need to bring glory to God.

Women’s Ministries

The Women’s ministry meets the first Saturday of each month at 9 am.- 10:30 am for brunch, we meet either in our fellowship hall or in someone’s home.  We meet to encourage one another in our faith. Our desire in all that we do is to remain in the Shadow of the Cross and to bring Glory to God. We are involved in many ministries both in the church and in our community.  Please call the church office at (940) 321-6463 for location.

Youth Ministries

The Young Disciples meet in the fellowship hall at Shady Shores Baptist every Sunday afternoon from 4-6 pm. We are a dynamic group that enjoy music, engaging activities, and fellowship. Our identity as the “Young Disciples” is born out of the great commission found in Matthew 28:19-20. We welcome all youth grades 6-12 to come and learn sound biblical truth in an inviting and fun atmosphere!

Children’s Ministries

Children’s Church…….What is Children’s church? When your children leave you to join us in Children’s church, do you ever wonder what they are doing? We have a fun engaging service that includes; bible study and teaching through games, coloring pages, and crafts. Our goal is to make learning fun and interesting. Crafts and coloring sheets help children remember the bible story. We use this time to connect with your children. We talk about the week’s events and how school is going for them. We encourage and pray for each other. We’re building relationships with God and each other. Your children are very special, thank you for sharing them with us.     LoVana & Kayla
